01General Information & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the 933bd platform and all its associated services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and 933bd ("we", "platform").

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

Platform: The 933bd website and all connected digital services.
Member / User: Any person who has created an account on 933bd or is using the services.
Account: A personal profile registered on the platform.
Wallet: The financial balance linked to an account.
Bonus: Additional credits or benefits granted for promotional purposes.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

03Age Restriction & Identity Verification

04Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not share them with any third party.

Log out at the end of every session.
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
Avoid logging in on public or shared devices.

Allowing others to use, lending, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

05Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Four mobile financial services are supported for depositing funds at 933bd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

The deposit must come from a mobile account registered in your own name.
Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and such funds will be returned.
933bd is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect transaction details.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the active bonus wagering requirements are met.
933bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending investigation in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions.

Please note: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 933bd never requests funds through any intermediary.

06Bonuses & Promotional Offers

933bd offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each offer has its own specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳10,000 earns a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets to meet the wagering requirement (based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.

Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit after being credited to the account.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer terms state otherwise.
Where a bonus code applies, it must be entered correctly; it cannot be added after the fact.
A bonus cannot be returned once a deposit has been made.
933bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.

07Gaming Rules & Fair Use

933bd believes in fair play. All games are operated on a secure and reliable platform protected by SSL encryption technology.

The individual rules and displayed information for each game apply.
If the outcome of a game or bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant bet will be cancelled and funds will be returned.
In sports betting, 933bd's decisions regarding markets and results are final.
Unusual winnings resulting from software errors or bugs will be forfeited and are not eligible for withdrawal.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance will be forfeited:

Operating multiple accounts or using different identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
Bonus arbitrage — placing multiple opposing bets on the same event to fulfill bonus wagering requirements.
Accessing the platform using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
Attempting to obtain platform data or other members' information through hacking, phishing, or any other unlawful method.
Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
Harassing, abusive, or threatening behavior toward other members or staff.
Attempting to verify an account using false information or forged documents.

09Account Suspension & Closure

933bd may suspend or permanently close any account without warning in the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these Terms.
Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Failure to submit documents requested for identity verification within the specified time.
A self-exclusion request in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines.

Self-Initiated Account Closure

Any member may close their account voluntarily. To do so, email [email protected] or notify the support team via live chat. All existing balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10Responsible Gaming

Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

In any situation, 933bd's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the member's original deposit held in the account.

14Changes to Terms

933bd reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. After any change, the updated date will be published on this page.

For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a platform announcement. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered the member's automatic acceptance of the new Terms.

15Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We review all complaints fairly and impartially.

When submitting a complaint, please include your account number, a description of the incident, and any relevant screenshots.
Disputes regarding betting or game outcomes will be resolved by verifying the relevant server logs.
Server logs and platform records will be considered the final evidence in the event of a dispute.

If a matter cannot be resolved internally, both parties may mutually agree to follow a neutral mediation process.
